What’s Next?
- More automation: Discussions are underway to allow utility invoices to be sent directly from building associations to CasaPay, cutting out manual uploads.
- Improved screening notifications: CasaPay will soon delay scoring alerts until the tenant has submitted all necessary documents, reducing false starts.
- Portfolio migration: Full onboarding of MyHome’s properties is planned for August, facilitated by the CasaPay onboarding team.
