Is RentLink only a hosted payment page?
No. The hosted tenant flow is one part of RentLink. Its purpose is to keep payment initiation and status connected to the tenant, lease or unit, rent obligation, due date, reconciliation and evidence.
Does RentLink replace our PMS or accounting system?
No. RentLink is intended to connect to the operator workflow rather than claim every PMS or accounting function.
How can an operator create RentLinks?
Creation may be direct in CasaPay, through an assisted no-code route, or through an API or embedded integration, depending on the operator setup and current availability.
Which payment methods and modules are available?
Availability depends on the configured product, integration path, applicable agreements, eligibility, product terms and jurisdiction. No universal method or module set is promised here.
Do protection or guarantee options apply to every RentLink?
No. CasaPay Guarantee is an optional RentLink module, available only through RentLink—not as a standalone product. Guarantee, no-deposit and recovery options remain subject to eligibility and applicable terms.
