Launch supportUp to £7,500, staged and recoupable
Performance optionUp to £7.20 per active unit per year
Illustrative gross estimate using the recommended £5.40 annual unit rate. Qualification, support, recoupment and payout terms are defined in the Platform Partner agreement.
Launch and Balanced models can provide integration and market-launch support. Performance Growth removes upfront support in exchange for the highest annual unit rate.
Revenue is based on qualifying active rent-processing units—not rent collected or TPV. Launch support is staged and recouped from future Partner Revenue Share.
Additional customer value can support paid upgrades or stronger pricing, but higher fees are not automatic. The indirect opportunity is to win more customers, retain them for longer and expand the value of their subscription. Packaging, demand and willingness to pay need testing. This is separate from direct CasaPay Partner Revenue Share.
The proposed programme includes platform-directory visibility, relevant opt-in operator introductions, co-marketing and joint sales opportunities. Availability and participation are subject to programme launch and the partner agreement. Introductions are based on fit, not guaranteed lead volumes.
The proposed designation recognises a platform whose RentLink integration, operator onboarding and support readiness have passed CasaPay’s agreed checks. Final criteria and badge-use terms must be agreed before certification is awarded. It is not regulatory accreditation.
No automatic contact-list or operator-data access is included. Introductions require operator consent, and any integration data access requires the operator’s authorisation and applicable agreements.
PMS, CRM and accounting platforms that serve rental operators and want to add CasaPay through RentLink.
The platform earns annual Partner Revenue Share for qualifying active rent-processing units. The rate depends on the agreed Launch Support, Balanced Growth or Performance Growth model.
That is the proposed platform-partner scope: rent payments and reconciliation through RentLink, rental listings and tenant discovery through CasaPay Offers, and capital options for eligible operators through CasaPay Capital. The unified API and each module’s availability need product validation before launch. Capital is subject to assessment and terms, not guaranteed funding.
An active unit is a qualifying operator unit processing rent through RentLink. Measurement, proration and payout rules are defined in the applicable Platform Partner agreement.
Approved support is staged against agreed launch milestones and recovered from future Partner Revenue Share. No payment is made for an integration that remains unused.
The unified RentLink + Offers + Capital API, network benefits and Certified CasaPay Platform Partner status are proposed, not verified live services. API scope, module availability, directory access, validation criteria and partner benefits require approval before publication. API access, commercial terms, operator eligibility and protection terms require the applicable CasaPay agreements.
